Resolution providing for a Supplemental Agreement or Agreements with Larson Design Group, Inc. for costs associated with the South Side Signals project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Five Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Five Dollars and Twenty Four Cents ($595,665.24), an increase of Eighty One Thousand One Hundred Ninety Two Dollars and Sixty Seven Cents ($81,192.67) to the amount previously authorized by Resolution 468 of 2021.

Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Construction phase of the South Side Signals project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Four Million Three Hundred Ten Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Three Dollars ($4,310,953.00) dollars, an increase of Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Three Hundred and Thirteen Dollars ($220,313.00), reimbursable at one hundred percent.

Resolution authorizing acceptance by the City of Pittsburgh of the dedication of portions of N. Beatty and Harvard Street (83-P-43), being Parcel B, as laid out on the Subdivision Plan of Block and Lot 83-P-165 recorded in Plan Book Volume 301, Page 80, as recorded in the Allegheny County Department of Real Estate, in the 11th Ward, 9th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, at no cost to the City.

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the PA Department of Aging for the purpose of receiving and spending grant funds in the amount of NINETY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED ($90,200.00) dollars to support building repairs, including ceilings and flooring the West End Healthy Active Living Center.

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the PA Department of Aging for the purpose of receiving and spending grant funds in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND ($50,000.00) dollars to support building repairs and upgrades, as well as art and recreation equipment at the Mt. Washington Healthy Active Living Center.

Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Vermeer, Inc., in an amount not to exceed Nine Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars and Twenty-Six Cents ($9,437.26), to purchase a Mini Skid Steer needed for the daily operation of the Forestry Division; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof.

Ordinance amending the City of Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances “City of Pittsburgh Service Workers Prevailing Wage Ordinance” Title One: Administrative, Article VII: Procedures, Chapter 161: Contracts, by supplementing Section 161.38.

Resolution further amending Resolution No. 647 of 2020, effective December 23, 2020, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2021 Capital Budget and the 2021 Community Development Block Grant Program, and the 2021 through 2026 Capital Improvement Program” by increasing SOUTH SIDE SIGNALS (TIP) by $210,953.

Resolution further amending Resolution No. 858 of 2014, effective January 1, 2015, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2015 Capital Budget and the 2015 Community Development Block Grant Program, and the 2015 through 2020 Capital Improvement Program” by reducing FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS by $3,325.15 and increasing PARK RECONSTRUCTION by $3,325.15.

Resolution further amending Resolution No. 772 of 2016, effective January 1, 2017, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2017 Capital Budget and the 2017 Community Development Block Grant Program, and the 2017 through 2022 Capital Improvement Program” by reducing FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS by $23,249.20, reducing WATER FEATURE UPGRADES by $118,476.61, and increasing PARK RECONSTRUCTION by $141,725.81.

Resolution further amending Resolution No. Res 840 of 2019, effective December 23, 2019, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2020 Capital Budget and the 2020 Community Development Block Grant Program, and the 2020 through 2025 Capital Improvement Program” by reducing RECREATION AND SENIOR CENTERS BY $950,000.00, and increasing PARK RECONSTRUCTION by $950,000.00.

Resolution further amending Resolution No. 886 of 2021, effective December 27, 2021, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2022 Capital Budget and the 2022 Community Development Block Grant Program, and the 2022 through 2027 Capital Improvement Program” by reducing RECREATION AND SENIOR CENTERS BY $192,000.00, reducing FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS - CITY FACILITIES by $400,000.00 and increasing PARK RECONSTRUCTION by $592,000.00.

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to execute a quit claim deed or deeds, and any other necessary or appropriate documents, agreements, and instruments conveying AS IS all of the City’s right, title and interest, if any, in Block 2-J, Lot 164-0-2, in the 1st Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, with an address of 200 Ross Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219, to the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (“URA”) for consideration of One Dollar and 00/100 ($1.00), contingent upon the Mayor and Director of the Department of Finance first entering into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the URA setting forth the rights and obligations of the City and the URA relating to these initial conveyances and further setting forth the rights and obligations of the City and the URA relating to the subsequent disposition of these Property to third parties (Council District No. 6).

Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Green Gears, 600 Bingham Street, Pittsburgh PA, 15203, in an amount not to exceed FOURTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($14,300.00), for litter and waste control services provided for the City of Pittsburgh Independence Day events on July 4, 2023. Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of RJ Brown Towing, 300 Mile Long Hill Road, Kittanning, PA 16201, in an amount not to exceed EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLARS ($8,320.00), for transportation and rental of a barge for the City of Pittsburgh Independence Day events on July 4, 2023.

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Osmium Data for services relating to the administration of the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunity for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) programs for a sum not to exceed Ninety-Eight Thousand One Hundred Thirty Dollars ($98,130.00) for the payment of the costs thereof.

Resolution approving the recommendation made by the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure that the concrete portion of Fairston Street located in Crafton Heights be paved with asphalt in accordance with Section 417.06 of the Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances.
