Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into an agreement or agreements with Thomson Reuters for subscription to an online legal research tool at a cost not to exceed ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND TEN DOLLARS AND TWENTY-EIGHT CENTS ($133,010.28) over a term of 4 years.
