Why volunteer?

Local government makes decisions every week that directly affect your life — zoning changes next door, parking rules on your street, budget cuts to your neighborhood park.

But almost nobody knows what their local government is doing. Meeting minutes are buried in PDFs. Agendas are posted with no context. Council votes happen with no public awareness.

CivicFeed exists to change that. By volunteering, you help your neighbors understand what’s happening in their community and participate in decisions that affect their lives.

Democracy works better when people can actually see what their government is doing.
