Resolution authorizing the Director of the Department of Finance and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to execute Instruments for the Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants in favor of the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority to allow the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority operation and maintenance responsibilities of green infrastructure within certain property along the Bus Rapid Transit Project Corridor.
