To authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into an agreement with the Short North Alliance (SNA) and contribute funding to the Short North Alliance (SNA) to support the various public parking initiatives; to appropriate funds within the Mobility Enterprise Fund Short North special parking area subfund; to authorize the expenditure of up to $300,000.00 from the Mobility Enterprise Fund Short North special parking area subfund for this project; and to declare an emergency. To authorize the Public Safety Director to enter into a contract with TargetSolutions Learning, LLC for computer-based distance learning services for the Division of Fire; to authorize the expenditure of $175,648.00 from the General Fund; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of the Columbus City Code; and to declare an emergency. ($175,648.00)

To authorize the Executive Director of the Mayor’s Office of Education to enter into a non-for-profit service contract with Future Ready Five to implement a comprehensive prenatal to age five strategy for activities related to the achievement of the Mayor’s goal that every child in Columbus is ready for kindergarten; and to authorize the expenditure of four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000.00) from the General Fund. ($400,000.00)

To authorize the Public Safety Director to enter into a contract with RQI Partners LLC for Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) for the Division of Fire; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of the Columbus City Codes; and to authorize the expenditure of $156,907.50 from the General Fund. ($156,907.50)

To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to enter into a contract for the purchase of consumable supplies with Stryker Sales Corporation LLC; to authorize the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the Division of Fire to enter into preventative maintenance agreements with Stryker Sales Corporation LLC; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of the Columbus City Codes; to authorize the expenditure of $104,028.65 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency. To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into a new contract with Change Healthcare Technology Enabled Services, LLC for EMS billing, collection, and reporting services for the Division of Fire; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of Chapter 329 of the Columbus City Codes; to authorize the expenditure of $1,400,000.00 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency. To authorize the Finance and Management Director to associate all General Budget Reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreements for the purchase of materials, supplies and services for the Division of Water; and to authorize the expenditure of $2,373,000.00 from the Water Operating Fund.
