Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a permanent easement Agreement with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for the existing trail over a portion of Block 24-S, Lot 80, in the 2nd Ward of the City of Pittsburgh (along the Allegheny River between 21st Street and 23rd Street - Council District 1), to preserve this section of the Three Rivers Heritage Trail as an accessible public amenity in perpetuity, at no cost to the City.
