Resolution authorizing an amended Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) for the performance of certain work in connection with the Penn Circle Two Way Conversion; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,100,000.00), an increase of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), and by extending the term through the end of 2024.
