Resolution amending Resolution No. 514 of 2022, which authorized the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a Professional Service Agreement(s) with Rulis & Bochicchio, LLC for the purpose of providing legal services in connection with the defense of certain workers’ compensation matters and claims brought against the city, by increasing the cost by Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($900,000.00) for three additional years of services, for a new not to exceed amount of Three Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($3,600,000.00).
