Resolution amend Resolution 599 of 2013 entitled “authorizing the issuance of a warrant in the total sum of $3,871.83, in favor of Edgar C. Lee, 356 Renova Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15207, releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from direct liability in any and all claims in the civil action filed at MJ-05236-CV-000077-2013 in the Magisterial District Court 05-2-36, and arising from an alleged incident on March 25, 2013 in the City of Pittsburgh; so as to add payable to the City Treasurer and Jordon Tax.
