Resolution further amending Resolution No. 647 of 2020, effective December 23, 2020, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2021 Capital Budget and the 2021 Community Development Block Grant Program, and the 2021 through 2026 Capital Improvement Program” by re-appropriating and re-allocating funds closed due to the requirements of Chapter 218 of the City Code.

To authorize the City Attorney to file complaints in order to immediately appropriate and accept the remaining fee simple and lesser real estate necessary to timely complete the Broad Street Phase 1 Project and to authorize an expenditure of Thirty-Two Thousand, Nine Hundred and Ten dollars.
