To authorize the Director of the Department of Technology, on behalf of various City departments, to enter into a contract with Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc., for the City's learning and performance management system annual hosting fee with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year terms; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of Columbus City Codes; to authorize an expenditure from the Department of Technology, Information Services Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
