Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code at Title Two, Fiscal, Article I: Administration, Chapter 201: City Treasurer by adding a new section at §201.12 Collection of Fee for Nonsufficient Funds for Payments Made by Bank Check.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby proclaim July 15, 2014 as “Pittsburgh's Best Chefs Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.

Resolution requesting the approval of an inter-municipal transfer of restaurant liquor license, License No. R-8126 from Herscht, Inc., 3230 Valewood Drive, Munhall, PA 15301, to the Applicant Crepes Parisiennes, LLC which is proposing to add an eating place a liquor license to its existing restaurant located at 207 South Craig Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15213, restaurant known as Crepes Parisiennes, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.

Resolution amending Resolution No. 403 of 2014, effective June 17, 2014 as amended, entitled "Resolution adopting and approving the 2014 Capital Budget and the 2014 Community Development Block Grant Program; so as to increase the HOPWA grant amount by twenty three dollars ($23.00) from 723,773.00 to 723,796.00.

Resolution amending Resolution No. 393, effective June 17, 2014, entitled, "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with the Jewish Healthcare Foundation to provide administration and operating expenses, housing and housing related supportive services to persons with HIV/AIDS and their families, at a total cost not to exceed $723,773.00, so as to increase the HOPWA grant amount by twenty three dollars ($23.00) from 723,773.00 to 723,796.00.

Resolution authorizing the Solicitor, in a form approved by the Solicitor, to issue a Request for Proposals for a qualified attorney or law firm and to execute an agreement or agreements and/or a contract or contracts by and between the Pittsburgh Land Bank and qualified outside legal counsel and/or consultants to provide independent legal and consulting services to the Pittsburgh Land Bank. Cost not to exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
