Resolution requesting the approval of an inter-municipal transfer of restaurant liquor license, License No. R-8126 from Herscht, Inc., 3230 Valewood Drive, Munhall, PA 15301, to the Applicant Crepes Parisiennes, LLC which is proposing to add an eating place a liquor license to its existing restaurant located at 207 South Craig Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15213, restaurant known as Crepes Parisiennes, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.
