To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.035, R-3, residential district; and 3312.49(C), Required parking, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 1107 E. MOUND ST. (43205), to allow a community and daycare center with reduced required parking in the R-3, Residential District and to revoke Ordinance #0815-2026 (CV25-080), passed on March 30, 2026 (Council Variance #CV26-074).

Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Department of Homeland Security for the purpose of receiving grant funds from the for the purpose of receiving grant funds from the Assistance to Firefighters grant in the amount not to exceed ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS AND NINETY CENTS ($153,590.90) to purchase Immediate Dangerous to Life or Health Monitors. The grant requires a match from the City of Pittsburgh in the amount not to exceed FIFTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY NINE DOLLARS AND TEN CENTS ($15,359.10) for this stated purpose for a total project cost not to exceed ONE HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY ($168,950.00) dollars.

Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Department of Homeland Security for the purpose of receiving grant funds from the Assistance to Firefighters Grant in the amount not to exceed SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINE DOLLARS AND NINE CENTS ($715,909.09) for Fire apparatus /vehicle training and backfill salaries. The grant requires a match from the City of Pittsburgh in an amount not to exceed SEVENTY ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS AND NINETY ONE CENTS ($71,590.91) for this stated purpose for a total project cost not to exceed SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED ($787,500.00) dollars.

To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.035, R-3 residential district; and 3312.49(C), Required parking, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 370 & 376 WOODLAND AVE. (43201), to allow four-unit dwellings with reduced parking in the R-3, Residential District (Council Variance #CV26-054).

To authorize the Finance and Management Director to enter into a contract for the option to purchase Traffic Pedestal Poles with Path Master, Inc; to authorize the expenditure of $1.00; and to declare an emergency. ($1.00)

Resolution amending Resolution 152 of 2024, which provided for an Agreement or Agreements with SAI Consulting Engineers for costs associated with the Construction Management and Construction Inspection phases for the Charles Anderson Bridge Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Three Million Two Hundred Four Thousand Two Hundred Six Dollars and Ninety-Six Cents ($3,204,206.96), an increase of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Twenty Dollars and Eighty-Five Cents ($350,020.85), federally reimbursable at 100%.

Resolution amending Resolution 284 of 2026, which authorized the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into a Professional Service Agreement, or Agreements, or Amended Agreements, with Studio Zewde for costs associated with the Homewood Park - Construction Project, for the Construction Administration schedule extension; by increasing the total spend by Twenty-Five Thousand, Six Hundred Seventy-Eight Dollars and Seventy-five Cents ($25,678.75) for a new not to exceed amount of Two Million, One Hundred and Sixty-Two Thousand, Seven Hundred Sixty-One Dollars and Five Cents ($2,162,761.05).

To authorize and direct the Board of Health to accept funds from the Ohio Commission on Minority Health and any additional funds for 2027 Minority Health Month Grant; to authorize the appropriation of funds from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Fund, to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes for the 2027 Minority Health Month Grant. ($9,000.00)
