Resolution amending Resolution 602/2015 entitled, “Repealing items in Resolutions approved on various dates, authorizing the sale of properties in various wards of the City of Pittsburgh, in accordance with Act No. 171 of 1984, “Second Class City Treasurer Sale and Collection Act”, effective December 11, 1984. Items A through B: A: 6816 Fifth, B: 1409 Stedman” so as to cancel the forfeiture of Item A: 6816 Fifth Avenue because the sale was processed and a deed was issued.

Resolution granting unto Shady Grove Shadyside LLC, 5500 Walnut Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15232 their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a balcony on the right-of-way of Bellefonte Street (Allegheny County Lot & Block 52-D-239) in the 7th Ward, 8th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Resolution appointing Charlene Haislip, 6934 Meade Street, Pittsburgh PA 15208, as a Commissioner of the Disruptive Properties Appeals Board of the City of Pittsburgh for a term to expire on July 29, 2021.

Resolution amending Resolution No. 246, effective April 23, 2015, entitled “Authorizing the City of Pittsburgh to grant to Duquesne Light Company a permanent easement for the installation, use, operation, maintenance, repair, renewal and the removal of an underground electrical transmission line under and through the City’s property described as Parcel ID No. 11-K-340, located between Swineburne Street and Brady Street along Second Avenue in the 2nd Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, and constituting a portion of the Eliza Furnace Trail,” by changing the funding source from BOND to PAYGO.
