A motion instruction the City Clerk’s Office to requesting that the Department of Economic and Housing Development provide the Municipal Council with the status of 457 Summer Avenue and clean the lot located at 458 Summer Avenue.

A motion requesting that the Administration provide to the Governing Body, through the City Clerk’s Office, the preparations and strategies being used to maximize in advance the City’s 2020 Census Bureau compilation efforts.

A motion requesting that the City Clerk’s Office coordinate a Public Safety Committee meeting with the Chief Municipal Judge, Municipal Prosecutor and the Director of Public Safety, to discuss the downgrading of summonses and the proliferation of social clubs.

Estimated tax bills are needed until the 2019 Budget is adopted.

April 25, 2019 entitled: providing for an Agreement or Agreements with various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses, maintenance, purchase of equipment; and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities; and for administrative/operational costs, maintenance, purchase of equipment, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities of various departmental programs/projects for the benefit of the residents of the City of Pittsburgh, 2017 CDBG Program at a cost not to exceed $825,000.00 so as to perform reprogramming within City Council from: “Northside Senior Programming”( -$3,500.00) “Southwest Pittsburgh CDC”(-$3,000.00) to “Allegheny West” (+$3,500.00) and “Zellous Hope Project”(+$3,000.00).

Resolution amending Res. No. 279, effective April 25, 2019, entitled: Res. providing for an Agreement or Agreements with various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses, maintenance, purchase of equipment; and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities; and for administrative/operational costs, maintenance, purchase of equipment, and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities of various departmental programs/projects for the benefit of the residents of the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $850,000.00; so as to reprogram funds within City Council from “Parks and Recreation-Northside Senior Programming” (-$12,500.00) to “Kitchen of Grace ” (+$ 2,000.00), “Allegheny West” (+$7,530.00), and “Cameron Welch Youth Baseball” (+$2,970.00).

Resolution amending Res. 280, effective April 25, 2019, providing for the filing a grant with the 2017 CDBG Program; providing for the execution of grant contracts and for the filing of other data providing for required assurances; providing for execution of payment vouchers on letter of credit and for certification of authorized signature; the deposit of the funds in a bank account and providing for the payment of expenses within categories, so as to perform reprogramming within City Council from: “Northside Senior Programming”( -$3,500.00) “Southwest Pittsburgh CDC”(-$3,000.00) to “Allegheny West” (+$3,500.00) and “Zellous Hope Project”(+$3,000.00).
