To approve an expenditure of more than $100,000.00 on a Universal Term Contract previously established by the City for the purchase of dump trucks; to authorize the Director of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for the purchase of three (3) tandem axle CNG dump trucks with snow equipment and six (6) single axle CNG dump trucks with snow equipment from Fyda Freightliner Columbus, Inc.; to authorize the expenditure of up to $3,448,224.00, from the Municipal Motor Vehicle Tax Fund; and declare an emergency.
