To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into an unplanned modification of a grant agreement with The Tony R. Wells Foundation, to extend the agreement termination date from March 31, 2026 to March 31, 2027 and to continue to act as fiscal manager for the RHI program in providing financial assistance to eligible residents facing eviction, homelessness, and helping them find new housing; and declare an emergency.
