Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh to grant to Allegheny County, a temporary easement for construction, for the purpose of undertaking the 9th Street (Rachel Carson) Bridge improvement project. The construction easement will be on the North Shore Riverwalk on City property designated as Block 8-M-110 and Block 9-E-150, in the 22nd Ward.
