To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a construction contract with JLD Construction Services, LLC, for the Krieger Court Stormwater Improvements Project; to authorize an amendment to the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to appropriate funds within the Ohio Water Development Authority Storm Sewers Fund; to authorize a transfer of cash and appropriation between projects within the Storm Sewer Bond Fund; to make this ordinance contingent upon the Ohio Water Development Authority approving a loan for this project; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $2,567,522.66 from the Ohio Water Development Authority Storm Sewers Fund and from the Storm Sewer Bond Fund to pay for the project.
