To authorize the Director of the Department of Technology to enter into a contract with Carahsoft Technology Corp for VMWare Technical Account Manager (TAM) services software licensing; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of the Columbus City Codes; and to authorize the expenditure of $108,219.18 from the Department of Technology, Information Services Division, Information Services Operating Fund.
