To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Fleet Management Division, to enter into contract with Enterprise Holdings, Inc for vehicle rental services; to authorize the expenditure of $280,000.00 from the Fleet Management Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
