To authorize the Interim Director of the Human Resources Department to enter into a contract with CTI Audit Solutions, Inc. from May 18th, 2026 through April 30th, 2029; and to authorize the expenditure of $175,000.00 from the Employee Benefits Fund, or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the costs of said contract.
