To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to modify the professional engineering services agreement with Resource International Inc. for the Second Avenue Sewer Improvements Project; to authorize an amendment to the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer of cash and appropriation between projects within the Storm Bond Fund; and to expend up to $249,470.40 from the Storm Bond Fund to pay for the contract modification.
