To authorize the Director of Recreation and Parks to enter into contract Theatrical Payroll Service of Central Ohio, Inc. for professional stagehand services for events and programs including the 2026 Jazz and Rib Fest and 2026 CBUS Soul Fest; to authorize the expenditure of $78,000.00 from the Recreation and Parks Operating Fund and to waive competitive bidding provisions of the Columbus City Code.
