To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Facilities Management Division, to enter into a contract with Black Bronco Construction for the Municipal Court Building Restroom Renovation Project; to authorize an amendment to the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer and expenditure of $100,000.00 within the Construction Management Capital Improvement Fund.
