To authorize the City Clerk to enter into a sponsorship with ULI- The Urban Land Institute (ULI) for an upcoming housing forum; authorize the payment for reasonable food and non-alcoholic beverages as part of the conference sponsorship; to authorize an appropriation and expenditure within the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund.
