To authorize the Director of the Department of Technology to enter into a sole source contract with Schneider Electric Smart Grid Solutions LLC for infrastructure software maintenance and support, in accordance with sole source provisions in the Columbus City Codes; and to authorize the expenditure of $52,800.85 from the Department of Technology, Information Services Operating Fund.
