To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management on behalf of the Division of Fleet Management to renew a contract with Assetworks LLC, for fleet management software services for the City’s fleet vehicles; to authorize the expenditure of $1,100,000.00 from the fleet operating fund; and to declare an emergency.
