Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh (“City”), to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (“PennDOT”) and the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County (the “SEA”), concerning the distribution of certain federal grant monies and the assignment of certain responsibilities in connection with the I-579 Cap Project.
