Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to accept a donation from BNY Mellon of fully depreciated office cubicle systems and free-standing office furniture totaling an estimated One-Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($130,000), which shall be used for the purpose of furnishing the City’s Bureau of Police Northview Heights Substation and redesigning office spaces of the Group Violence Intervention Unit at Police Headquarters.
