Resolution providing for Agreement(s) and Contract(s), or use of existing Agreement(s) and Contract(s) with RAM Data Systems for the purpose of providing a three (3) year maintenance agreement for the Community Development’s internal Financial Management System; and provide for the payment at a cost thereof, not to exceed 20,000.00.
