Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to enter into an agreement with the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Multimodal Transportation Fund (MTF), should the grant be awarded by DCED, to provide funding for the Bigelow Streetscape Project. The total grant amount requested is not to exceed THREE MILLION dollars ($3,000,000.00) for this stated purpose.
