Ordinance amending and supplementing the City Code at Title Seven, Business Licensing, Article III, Sales Businesses, Chapter 719, Vendors and Peddlers, by repealing Chapter 719 in its entirety and replacing it with a new Chapter 719 to update Pittsburgh’s vending program.
