Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of Planning to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a Professional Services Agreement with the Center for Hearing & Deaf Services, Inc. (“HDS”) for captioning, video captioning and interpreter services over a three-year term at an overall cost not to exceed TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($27,000).
