Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an agreement or agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for the maintenance of safety improvements along Second Avenue as part of the Safe Routes to School Program, at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh.
