Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, providing for the planning, design, repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies, operations, and/or the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies in connection with the Smallman Street parking mitigation service demonstration.
