Resolution authorizing the City to enter into a Cooperation Agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh to Serve as Co-Applicant for the purposes of filing an Application with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a FY 2018 Choice Neighborhoods Initiative grant in the amount of thirty million dollars ($30,000,000) and pledging City financial support in the amount of twelve million dollars ($12,000,000) for the project and City Owned Land to Effectuate the Purposes of the Bedford Dwellings/Hill District Neighborhood Transformation Plan and its initial phases of implementation strategy.
