NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby congratulate Grand Concourse as it celebrates its 40th Anniversary; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare, Wednesday, August 15, 2018, to be “Grand Concourse Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
