NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Rev. Richardson for his life dedicated to preaching and teaching The Word of God; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, August 11, 2018, to be “Rev. Lacy Richardson Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
