NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Black Philanthropy Month for their years of informing, involving, inspiring in the African American community; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare the month of August to be Black Philanthropy Month” in the City of Pittsburgh.
