Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh, to apply for grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Keystone Communities Program to provide funding for the rehabilitation of the Jefferson Recreation Center and surrounding park. In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($500,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
