Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance to enter, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, into a lease agreement or agreements with The Muddy Cup Coffee House in order that it will utilize a portion of the first floor of the City of Pittsburgh building located at 1555 Broadway Avenue, #102, to operate a commercial coffee shop.
