NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Mr. Humphries for a life committed to hard work and continuing to mentor young people; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, October 13, 2018, to be “James Humphries Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
