NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Black Women for Positive Change; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare October 14 through 20, 2018, to be “2018 Week of Non-Violence, Justice, Positive Change and Opportunities” in the City of Pittsburgh.
