NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and commend Arletta Scott Williams for her leadership and commitment to the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority and congratulates her for twenty years of dedicated service to ALCOSAN; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Thursday, October 25, 2018, to be “Arletta Scott Williams Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
