Resolution authorizing the Mayor, and the Chief Urban Affairs Officer of the Bureau of Neighborhood Empowerment, to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the University of Pittsburgh in the amount of Forty-five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00) to provide a City-wide Gender Analysis for the Gender Equity Commission to use in making recommendations regarding policy and City department processes.
