NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend St. Paul Baptist Church for 117 years worship, ministry, and service; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Sunday, November 4, 2018, to be “St. Paul Baptist Church Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
