Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection to conduct public outreach surrounding the City’s recycling program and purchase a roll off truck and containers to collect glass; and further providing for an agreement or agreements and expenditures not to exceed TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
