Resolution authorizing all City departments, in conjunction with the Department of Finance, to enter into facilities usage agreements for the purpose of permitting groups and individuals to rent City-owned facilities for recreational and community-focused activities during the 2019 calendar year. The City shall not charge more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) per rental agreement.
